By using the QARTZ Organics website, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions. We may update these terms from time to time, so please review them regularly when visiting our website. Your acceptance of these terms does not affect your statutory rights, except where lawfully excluded.

Shipping Policy

All orders from QARTZ Organics are shipped from our distribution center in Orlando, FL, with careful attention to quality and detail. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and verify that all items listed on the delivery note are included. You are considered to have accepted the order unless you notify us immediately of any issues or cancel your order as per your right to cancel. You may also return items in line with our return policy. If you do not take these steps, we are not obligated to accept any future rejection of the merchandise. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We have limited capacity to ship to PO Boxes. For more information, please contact us at info@qartzorganics.com.

If you find a package is missing, contact QARTZ Organics within 72 hours of receiving our delivery confirmation email. We cannot track missing packages after 72 hours from delivery confirmation. For packages marked as delivered, we need a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier. We cannot assist with issues related to missing or broken items beyond our 30-day return/exchange policy and without photographic evidence of the damage.

United States Shipping

We offer complimentary Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 or more (excluding taxes). Free shipping does not apply to purchases made with third-party offers.

Complimentary Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, subject to product availability. We cannot guarantee an arrival date for orders with free shipping, which typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once processed and shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

International and U.S. Territories

All orders to international locations and U.S. territories require a signature upon delivery.

Currently, QARTZ Organics does not ship internationally. All prices listed on qartzorganics.com are exclusive of VAT. The total cost of your order will include the product price, delivery charges, VAT, and any applicable taxes, as detailed in the Shipping section of our website during checkout.
