ABOUT QARTZ

Energy, Frequency & Vibration.

Crystals may appear still, but at the atomic level they are highly ordered structures in continuous motion. This precise internal organization allows them to interact with pressure, electricity, vibration and light in remarkably consistent ways.

Quartz is piezoelectric. When placed under mechanical pressure, it can generate an electrical charge. When electrical energy is applied, it responds with movement. Its ability to oscillate at stable frequencies is why Quartz became essential to watches, sensors, electronics and modern technology.

Crystalline materials can also absorb, transform and release energy across different wavelengths, including subtle far-infrared energy. At QARTZ, these recognized properties inspired a deeper question: could the presence of a crystal influence the behavior of the water surrounding it?

The ice cube experiments that follow were created to observe that question—first with raw Rose Quartz, then through a comparison with mechanically generated vibration, and finally with finely milled Amethyst incorporated into a QARTZ skincare formula.
